What are your opening hours?
Mon-Fri: 7am-5:30pm, Saturday: By Appointment. Sunday: CLOSED
How often should I replace my battery?
Service life of a battery varies from one vehicle to another and will depend on many factors. If the performance of the vehicle's starting system is poor, or, if a failure is shown on the dashboard instrumentation, take the vehicle to a workshop to have the ekectrical system / starter system checked.
Should I put water into the battery?
This depends on the brand of battery. Exide batteries are maintenance free. Some other brands, however, require water levels to be checked regularly.
How often should my air conditioning be checked on my vehicle?
Turning on your Air con in your vehicle and running for 10 minutes a week, every week, will prolong the life of the system as this will distribute oil around the system and keep everything lubricated. But in saying that your system should be checked every 12 months and have a major service every second year.
Can I run 2 batteries off my alternator without causing dramas?
Dual Batteries need to be set up correctly to achieve optimum results. The best results are achieved by using a Battery isolator which has a correctly installed switch by ignition and is protected by fuseable links.
Do you offer free quotes?
We do not offer free quotes for fault finding problems, as the time it takes to diagnose a fault is often most of the cost of the job.
